ShortMe.lk is an AI-powered study platform operated by KDJ Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
2Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person for free plans.
3Acceptable use
You agree not to: upload content you have no right to use; attempt to bypass plan limits or rate limits; abuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service; or use outputs to violate any law, including academic-integrity rules of your institution.
4AI-generated content
Outputs are generated by AI and may contain errors. Always verify important information (exam answers, translations, citations) before relying on it. AI outputs are provided "as is".
5Plans & payments
Free plans carry daily generation caps. Paid (Pro) plans unlock higher limits as described on the pricing page. Payments are verified manually; misuse of payment slips leads to suspension.
6Intellectual property
You retain rights to content you upload. Outputs generated for you are yours to use for study purposes. The ShortMe.lk brand, design, and platform code remain ours.
7Suspension
We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms, with or without notice for serious misuse.
8Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShortMe.lk is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service, including exam outcomes based on AI-generated content.
